What does sock hop, poodle skirts, rolled-up jeans, 45 records, ducktails, juke boxes, saddle oxfords and diner bring to mind? Join us for a fun-filled evening and step back into the 50's.

Tickets are $15 per person and can be purchased at the Chamber office or from members of the Board of Directors.

Board of Directors are: Finis Brown, Tonya Gruhlkey, Pat Blankenship, Quincy Taylor, Anita Linger, Melanie Allred, Debbie Jackson, Ray Black, Rojanna Luster, Mike Pacino, Danyel Parkhurst, Amy Wagner, and Michael Wilkes.

 

SFORZANDO, a singing group comprised of talented WTA&M students under the direction of Dr. Cloyce Kuhnert, will perform a variety of classic 1950’s music. As ambassadors for WTA&M since 1997, Sforzando has performed at many prominent events throughout the area and state. For their performance, the group will be accepting donations for their scholarship fund.

We will honor Oldham County's Outstanding Man, Women and Employee of the Year and present scholarships to two deserving Oldham County students.

You will be served delicious 50’s Diner Fare of Hamburgers/Cheeseburgers, potato salad, chips, beans and old-fashioned, hand-dipped ice cream sundaes.

There will be door prizes and a silent auction.

The evening will be casual and fun. Many, including the Chamber Board, will be in 50's attire. Feel free to get into the spirit as well.
